This charming Holiday cottage, located in Savignac in western Aveyron, offers a warm, peaceful atmosphere. It is located close to the owners' farm, where they raise organic dairy cows. Guests have access to the owners' Piscine, located 20 meters from the gîte. Just 5 minutes from Villefranche-de-Rouergue, you'll find all amenities. It's an ideal base for discovering the cultural and natural riches of Aveyron.

This is a self-contained Holiday cottage on 2 levels.
First floor: Kitchen/living area (3 induction hobs, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, electric oven, traditional and pod coffee maker (Senséo), kettle, toaster, microwave, washing machine - Sofa, armchairs, TV, wifi), separate toilet - First floor: 2 Bedrooms, each with the option of either 1 bed in 160 or 2 beds in 80, Shower room (shower, hairdryer, wc) Heating with reversible heat pump (air conditioning) Enclosed private grounds (100m²): garden furniture, plancha, sun loungers - Private parking - Shared grounds of 850 m² with Piscine shared with the owners, open from 01/06 to 30/09 (size 10x5, depth 1.3 to 1.7 m) - - Optional end-of-stay cleaning (60€) to be paid on reservation or on site, Sheet rental (10€ per bed), bathroom linen rental (5€ per person) or complete linen kit (sheets+towels): 15€ per person - Cleaning and sheet rental package mandatory for corporate clients.
