Holiday cottage/apartment on one level, on the first floor of the owner's house, which occupies the 1st floor, and close to another holiday cottage H12G030760, independent and opposite entrances, in a hamlet, close to a farm, in the Countryside.
First floor: kitchenette (dishwasher)/living room (TV, sofa bed, Internet access/wifi), 2 bedrooms with TV in each (2 beds 160, 1 Kids bed 90), shower room (washing machine), separate toilet, central heating included (underfloor).
Private terrace (20m²) not enclosed, private enclosed grounds (200m²), veranda (16m²), private gaming room (table soccer, air field hockey table, console racing simulator), ping-pong, Kids games (swing, slide, trampoline, Cabin...), garden furniture, barbecue, private parking, electric vehicle charging point, petanque court shared with owner.
