In the Parc Naturel Régional des Grands Causses, in the heart of the old village of Compeyre, a listed village, a gîte close to the château adjoining the puits des anglais, of simple comfort, opening onto an east-facing terrace with a beautiful view over the Tarn valley. The proximity of Millau and the Gorges du Tarn ensures a wide choice of leisure activities.

Holiday cottage on 1st floor, adjoining the owner's second home (unoccupied during summer), set in 2 houses on either side of a lane, linked by a 14m² veranda serving all rooms in the cottage, access via an outside staircase (sofa, garden furniture).
1st floor: 6m² kitchen (hob with 3 gas burners + 1 electric, mini-oven, fridge-freezer, blender, pressure cooker, microwave, electric coffeemaker and kettle, toaster), 24m² living room (TV, sofa, 2 armchairs), 1 bedroom of 15m² (1 bed 160 x 200) and 1 bedroom of 21m² with access by a small staircase of 4 steps (1 bed 140 + 1 bed 90), shower room of 3 m² (with shower and WC), Electric heating (oil-bath radiators) in supplement on meter reading, vaulted cellar accessible from outside (washing machine).
Private enclosed terrace (30m²): garden furniture, barbecue, parasol - Private parking.
Baby bed, bath and high chair on request, vacuum cleaner.
Bed linen and towels provided.
