Close to the Lévézou lakes, halfway between Millau and Rodez, this bright, unoverlooked, single-storey contemporary house comprises the gîte and the owners' living quarters (occasionally present). Surrounded by large, shady grounds, each person's independence is preserved. You'll love watching the horses gallop around the estate and the sheep graze on the land. The paddocks are secured with electric fencing. Your pets are welcome (on a leash). Walkers and mountain bikers (Grand Tour Monts et Lacs du Lévézou), mushroom pickers (in season) and sports enthusiasts can explore the surrounding forests. Around the estate's private pond, you can stroll, relax on a bench or fish (equipment not supplied). Water sports enthusiasts and predator anglers can enjoy the nearby Lac de Pareloup (approx. 11 km). A little further afield, you'll also find the Pont-de-Salars and Villefranche-de-Panat lakes.
