Independent Estaing wine producers from father to son and retired farmers, we, Yvonne and Raymond, have been opening the doors of our house since 2016 to holidaymakers keen to discover our beautiful region. The owners will give you a warm welcome and will be happy to advise you on how to discover Aveyron.

A detached holiday cottage, spread over two levels, located on the same property as another holiday cottage (H12G021271) owned by the same owner, in a hamlet in the Countryside.
Ground floor: kitchen (dishwasher), dining room–living room (sofa, armchairs, TV, Wi-Fi), laundry room (washing machine), 1 bedroom (1 140-bed), 1 bedroom (1 140-bed), bathroom, separate toilet.
On the first floor (attic): 1 bedroom (1 140-bed), 1 bedroom (1 140-bed with TV), shower room with toilet.
Access to the upper floor via a fully secure staircase (not accessible to people with limited mobility—see photos)
Central heating (oil). Private terrace (24m²), private unfenced yard (100m²), private covered shelter, private parking, bike and motorcycle storage, patio furniture, barbecue.
Bed linen and towels are not automatically provided (available upon request and subject to availability). A heating fee is charged as an additional cost based on meter readings upon arrival. A cleaning deposit of 100€ is to be paid to the owners upon arrival. Visitor’s tax.
