Ground floor: entrance (washing machine), wc. 1st floor: living room opening onto kitchen (TV, wifi, fridge, freezer, oven, dishwasher, 4 gas hobs, krups coffee maker, microwave), direct access to private, enclosed terrace (21m²) (garden furniture, electric plancha, deckchair). 2nd floor: bedroom 1 (1 bed 160cm), bedroom 2 (1 bed 90cm with possibility of converting to 1 bed 180cm), bathroom (shower, wc, hairdryer).
