This vacation rental welcomes you with an intimate and comfortable atmosphere, featuring a private Piscine and a fully enclosed property, so you can fully savor the Mediterranean lifestyle in complete tranquility.
Located in Fitou, in the heart of the Aude department, the holiday cottage enjoys a quintessentially Mediterranean setting, nestled among fragrant garrigue and vineyard landscapes.
Hiking enthusiasts will find numerous trails on-site winding through the surrounding countryside, perfect for exploring the local flora and fauna and taking in panoramic views of the Corbières.
Nearby, the Mediterranean beaches invite you to swim and relax, while cultural excursions are easily accessible to Perpignan or even to nearby Spain, promising a change of scenery and culinary and architectural discoveries.
The holiday cottage features the following on the ground floor:

Philippe Séjour agréable entre mer et maquis
Notre séjour s’est très bien passé, les propriétaires furent très flexibles suite à notre arrivée reportée d’une journée.
Vue magnifique sur Leucate et les étangs.
Beaucoup de circuits pour les amateurs de randonnées et de balades à vélo.
Gare à la Franqui pour découvrir Narbonne et Perpignan sans voiture.

Mme Trouillard De superbes vacances!
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Fitou ! Le gîte est spacieux, très bien équipé et offre une vue magnifique sur la mer et les étangs. La piscine sécurisée et le jardin clos sont parfaits pour se détendre. L’accueil des propriétaires a été chaleureux et attentionné. L’emplacement est idéal pour découvrir la région, entre mer, garrigue et Espagne toute proche. Nous recommandons vivement cette adresse !

La maison est parfaite pour passer de bons moments en famille, elle est spacieuse, bien agencée, de bonnes literies et le jardin et la piscine sont très
propres . .. le village de Fitou est sympa à visiter, de belles caves, un château, des petites ruelles... dommage peu de commerces de proximité....un peu loin de tout ...A 20 min des grandes surfaces en moyenne

Birgit Das Ferienhaus mit dem sehr schön angelegten Garten mit Pool hat vollumfänglich unseren Erwartungen entsprochen. Die Besitzer sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit und die Kommunikation unkompliziert. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet. Auch Dusch-Handtücher, Trockentücher etc. waren ausreichend für unsere 2 Wochen vorhanden. Wir haben mit Fahrrädern oder zu Fuß an der Küste oder ins Hinterland sehr schöne Touren unternommen und die Zeit am Haus genossen.
