Nestled at the gateway to Carcassonne, just a 5-minute drive from the famous medieval city, this charming Holiday cottage welcomes you in a peaceful setting, away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist trade. It offers a calm and relaxing atmosphere, ideal for recharging your batteries as a couple, with family or friends.
The house combines authenticity and modern comforts under the southern sun.


The region is full of activities to suit all tastes. Of course, a visit to the UNESCO-listed Cité de Carcassonne is a must: its ramparts, château comtal and cobbled streets take you back to the heart of the Middle Ages. The Canal du Midi is just a few minutes away, ideal for walking, cycling or boating. Nature lovers can explore the Hiking trails around Cazilhac, or visit the Minervois and Malepère vineyards for a tasting of local wines. For the more curious, several Cathar castles, abbeys and farmers' markets await you within a 30 km radius.


On site, you'll enjoy two beautiful private terraces:
- one on the first floor with Spa, plancha, garden furniture and summer kitchen.
- a second upstairs with garden furniture and a beautiful view.
The Spa invites you to relax and unwind after a day of sightseeing (April to late October).

- Separate bathroom: double washbasin, walk-in shower.
- Bedroom 2: bed 140x190cm, TV with access to 2nd terrace.
- Bedroom 3 : bed 140x190cm, TV.
- Separate WC.
- Office: table with small bed.
