Villa Prélude

Situated on the heights of Carcassonne in the hamlet of Montlegun, halfway between the Cité de Carcassonne and Lake Cavayère, Villa Prélude offers an unforgettable place to rest, relax and discover the City.

Starting from the Holiday cottage, you can take a 4km Hiking trail where you'll find several not-to-be-missed stops: the Arboretum with its panoramic view of the City and the whole town, then descend to the ramparts of the City and discover the historic center of the Bastide via the banks of the River Aude. The Lake de la Cavayère is just 5 minutes away, offering an idyllic setting for a wide range of activities and entertainment.

Villa Prélude features a park with the owners' communal swimming pool (10x5x1.40) where you can cool off and relax on a deckchair. The Wellbeing area with a Spa and a Sauna is available at an additional cost of €10 per person, with no time limit (access to the Spa and Sauna open in low season from October 1 to May 31 and closed in high season).

From the terrace you can enjoy the view and the calm of the surroundings in a beautifully wooded park in a residential area. Private, secure parking (closed garage available). WIFI connection and access to Netflix and Canal + on TV.


Villa Prélude is a Holiday cottage attached to the owners' house with independent access to the outside. It comprises 2 bedrooms, each with independent access to the outside and communicating with each other.

- Bedroom 1: large air-conditioned suite with 160x200cm bed, armchairs and TV.

- A bathroom with bathtub and separate WC, accessed via the large suite.

- Bedroom 2: 2x70x190cm which can be joined together to make a 140cm bed.

- Separate kitchen with dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave grill, Italian coffee maker and espresso maker.

Optional breakfast 6€ per person served on the terrace.
