The old square tower, St Mamès church, etc... As a municipality in the Narbonnaise Nature Park, you'll discover a territory rich in flora and fauna. For wine lovers, you're in the heart of the Corbières appellation, with numerous wine-tasting cellars opening their doors to you. Nearby are the Abbey of Fontfroide, the village of Lagrasse and the Mediterranean beaches. From the Holiday cottage, you can go hiking and mountain biking.
Set in fully enclosed, private grounds, the Holiday cottage comprises a fully-equipped living room/kitchen opening onto a terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. 4 bedrooms (1 x 160cm bed and 6 x 90cm twin beds on request), one with private shower room and toilet. Separate shower room with WC. Utility room. Private Piscine with sun loungers (secured by a fence), open from early June to late September. Play area for Kids. Bicycles available for hire. The owners' second Holiday cottage is located on the property opposite the terrace.

Howard C We loved this gite! It is relatively new and was spotless when we arrived. The owners were lovely - very helpful and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. The gite is well equipped and the pool, although not huge, was much appreciated and regularly used during our stay. Being on the edge of the village, the location is usually quiet. It is possible to hike from the gite - we found a lovely walk up into the hills to a small chapel which was signposted from the village and well recommended. The local village has a bakery (not open on Mondays), which provided bread within walking distance - for other shopping we needed the car. Overall, a superb stay and we will certainly consider coming back - very fond memories of our first visit to Aude!
