You'll enjoy a large, private, fenced garden where you can take full advantage of the fine weather, thanks to the many facilities on offer: parasols, sun loungers, hammocks, garden furniture and terraces for convivial outdoor meals. A barbecue is also at your disposal to enhance your summer evenings.

Nature lovers will be delighted: a footpath and cycle path along the River Aude are in the immediate vicinity, giving you easy access to the medieval City or the town center. For added convenience, local shops (pharmacy, tobacconist, grocery store, pizzeria) are within walking distance. A well-served bus stop is right next to the Holiday cottage, ideal if you want to leave the car at rest.

- Bedroom 2: bed 140x190cm.
- Bedroom 3: bed 160x200cm.
- Bedroom 4: spacious, air-conditioned suite with 160x200cm bed and en-suite shower and WC.
- Bathroom with shower and bathtub.
- Separate WC.


The house also has a closed garage and private parking space for several vehicles.
