In the heart of the Cabardès region, enjoy a holiday combining nature and heritage, just a few minutes from Carcassonne. From Moussoulens, famous for its truffle and wine events, you can easily reach the medieval town of Cité, the Canal du Midi or the book village of Montolieu, all of which are essential visits to enrich your vacation. The region also offers numerous hiking and mountain-biking itineraries, allowing you to discover the garrigue, vineyards and undulating landscapes that are so characteristic of the Aude.

The Holiday cottage, adjoining the owner's house but perfectly independent in its use, welcomes you in a functional, fully air-conditioned space designed for family stays.

On the first floor, it offers:
_A living room with a sitting/dining area, and a fully-equipped kitchen (vitroceramic hob, dishwasher, classic coffee maker + Tassimo),
A laundry room with washing machine and second fridge-freezer,

_One bedroom with 2 convertible 70cm beds,
_A bedroom with 2 convertible 80cm beds,
_A bedroom with 2 convertible 90cm beds,

Outside, cross the shared courtyard to access the private, sheltered terrace, complete with garden furniture and gas barbecue.
The Piscine is shared with the owners (7.50x3.60 m, 1.50 m deep, salt-treated, secured by a fence) and a relaxation area with sun loungers, all accessible in season.

Two reserved parking spaces inside the property, one of which is covered. Closed bicycle storage available.
