Montséret is located in the Parc Naturel Régional de la Narbonnaise, close to the tourist route to the Abbeys of Lagrasse and Fontfroide. It's also ideally situated for exploring the many sites of the Cathar countryside. Starting from the estate, you'll find plenty of opportunities for hiking and mountain biking, and you'll discover the wealth of local flora and fauna. The Mediterranean beaches are around 30 minutes away. Holiday cottage located on the ground floor of another accommodation, both very independent, including a living room-kitchen opening onto the terrace. Shower room. Separate WC. Two bedrooms (1 bed 140 and 2 beds 90). Air-conditioning. Piscine on the property, to be shared with another accommodation, open from April to All Saints' Day (9am to 7pm in July/August). Terrace with garden furniture. Gas plancha shared by both Holiday cottages. Shared washing machine, private parking at property entrance, pétanque court.

5/5Nous avons passé une super semaine dans le gîte Terra, très bien équipé et idéalement situé pour visiter les environs depuis Carcassonne jusqu'à Gruissan et la mer, sans oublier l’accueil chaleureux de Corinne et Philippe, et bien sûr Harley et Papaye :-)

Gîte confortable avec piscine
4/5Séjour très agréable chez Corinne et Philippe. Le gîte est confortable,fonctionnel, très bien équipé et d'une propreté irréprochable. Tout est fait pour que l'on se sente comme chez soi. Dîner sympathique organisé avec les autres locataires. Accueil très chaleureux par les propriétaires qui restent à nos petits soins durant tout le séjour, tout en restant discrets. Accès à une grande piscine, très bien entretenue avec une vue superbe sur la campagne. Seule petite remarque à titre informatif mais qui ne nous a pas gêné, le gîte se situe le long d'une petite route où certaines voitures peuvent rouler vite.
Nous recommandons cette location et serions ravis d'y revenir. Encore merci à tous les deux et à Harley et Papaye (les 2 chiens adorables).- Cleanliness 5/5
