Just a stone's throw from the Canal du Midi in the heart of the Corbières vineyards, the village of Canet d'Aude offers an ideal location just 15 minutes from Narbonne la Romaine.
The Holiday cottage welcomes you for a relaxing stay in the sunshine of the Midi. Located in the heart of the village, you'll find several local shops less than 300m away (restaurants, grocery store, newsagents, bakery, etc.). The region offers a multitude of activities to do in the immediate vicinity: Hiking or cycling in the varied landscapes, visiting the natural and cultural heritage of the Narbonnaise regional nature park, the Sigean African reserve, the port of Le Somail, the beaches of the Aude coast, Fontfroide Abbey or the Cité de Carcassonne or Minerve.
On the ground floor, you'll enjoy a shared garden with the owners and two other Holiday cottages, where you'll appreciate the shared swimming pool open from 10am to 12pm and from 2pm to 7pm, from May to September, depending on the weather (dimensions: 3.50 x 7.5 m depth 1.30 m), a boulodrome and several relaxation areas. The Holiday cottage has its own enclosed parking lot.
Wellbeing area in the garden, with a two-person whirlpool bath and sauna. This area can be booked on site with the owners at 24€ for 1 hour, for 2 people. Free for all stays from early October 2025 to late February 2026 (except for the closing period from 07/11/25 to 25/11/25).
Located on the second floor with a secure entrance, it includes:

a mezzanine with 2 90cm beds and an open-plan relaxation area.

Un grand merci pour votre retour ! C'est un plaisir de savoir que notre accueil a contribué à rendre votre séjour plus agréable. Votre travail pour rétablir les lignes électriques est très apprécié, et nous espérons que vous avez pu vous ressourcer avant de reprendre vos efforts.

Flo séjour très agréable
Très bon accueil, la maison est coupée en appartements avec un extérieur commun. L'extérieur est très bien intretenu et amenagé, avec des espaces de détente, de pétanque et une belle piscine. Un espace de SPA en supplément qui a l'air très bien mais dont nous n'avons pas profité.
Le logement est très propre avec beaucoup de rangements et tout le nécessaire pour le séjour. Très fonctionnel. Merci à Chantal pour la découverte du vin blanc Muscat sec, une specialité de la région. Le seul bémol, l'escalier interieur qui mène vers la mezzanine ( grince un peu).
La localisation du village est parfaite pour les visites. Concernant les courses, une bonne boulangerie est au vilage avec un Vival pour dépaner. Par contre les magasins sont sur Lézignan Corbière à 10-15 min avec notamment "Au comptoir des producteurs" qui est tout simplement parfait pour découvrir les specialités gourmandes de la région.

Bonjour un grand merci pour votre super retour! Nous sommes ravis que vous ayez passé un agréable séjour et que vous ayez profité du cadre, de l'accueil, du confort du logement et bien sur...de la découverte du muscat sec! c'est toujours un plaisir de faire découvrir les saveurs locales.
Merci aussi pour votre remarque sur l'escalier, on va voir ce qu'on peut faire pour améliorer ça. En tout cas, se sera avec grand plaisir qu'on vous accueillera à nouveau si vous repasser dans la région! a bientôt peut être,

MARISOL TRES BON SEJOUR
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour "sous les toits." Chantal est très accueillante et disponible. Nous avons apprécié sa réactivité et son écoute concernant l'absence de quelques équipements qui permettraient d'accroitre le confort général du gîte. Ce dernier est situé dans une jolie maison récemment rénovée. Chantal et son mari ont à coeur de faire le maximum pour rendre l'endroit aussi agréable et confortable que possible. Le jardin aménagé avec goût est un réel atout et l'espace bien-être à venir sera certainement très apprécié en plus de la piscine.
