The surrounding landscapes are a natural invitation for hiking and mountain biking. The surrounding countryside is an ideal setting for Hiking and mountain biking, and the oil mill on the estate offers a unique experience: a guided tour and an introduction to tasting the oils produced on site, for an immersion in the heart of the local terroir.

Its location is ideal for exploring the region's must-see sites: the Abbeys of Lagrasse and Fontfroide, the beaches of Port-la-Nouvelle and Leucate, the Sigean African Reserve, the castles of the Cathar region, Narbonne and its rich history, and the Cité de Carcassonne.

The Holiday cottage, entirely on one level, has a living room with lounge, equipped kitchen and wood-burning stove with direct access to the terrace, a shower room and separate WC. Sleeping accommodation: 1 bedroom with 160 cm double bed 1 bedroom with 2 twin 80 cm single beds Outside, enjoy a private terrace with garden furniture and barbecue for outdoor meals. A shared year-round spa is available in both Holiday cottages for relaxing moments during your stay. For added convenience, a charging station for electric vehicles is available on site, as is an electric bike rental service (€30/day).
