30 minutes from the Mediterranean beaches and 45 minutes from the City of Carcassonne, in an environment of nature and vineyards. The gîte is attached to the owners' house, with a private outdoor space. Starting point for many visits, the Canal du Midi is 5 minutes away, the abbey of Fontfroide, Narbonne, etc... On the spot many walks or mountain bike rides are possible, the owner who is passionate about biking will be able to advise you. Covered car shelter in front of the gîte and enclosed grounds. The owner's swimming pool (4.50 x 7.80) is at your disposal with schedules (10h to 14h and 16h to 20h). Gîte on one level including a living room with kitchen opening onto the terrace and the garden. Independent WC. A bedroom with 1 bed in 140 with adjoining shower room. Garden shed with garden furniture and sunbathing area. Barbecue common to the owner. Heating by reversible air-conditioning in supplement.

5/5Un gite parfait pour une location pour 2 personnes dans cette belle région. Le gite est en tout point conforme à la description, parfaitement équipé. L'intérieur est assez grand pour 2 mais que dire des extérieurs, vraiment agréable avec une belle piscine.
L'accueil de Pierre a été top : petites attentions en provenance du jardin et de la cave et nombreux conseils sur la région.
