Just 30 minutes from the beaches of the Mediterranean and 45 minutes from the Cité de Carcassonne, you'll enjoy an unspoilt natural setting, surrounded by vineyards and rolling countryside.
The Canal du Midi, a UNESCO World Heritage site, is just 5 minutes away: perfect for a walk, bike ride or boat trip. Nearby, don't miss the Abbey of Fontfroide, the City of Narbonne, or the many picturesque villages of the Minervois and Corbières. Hiking and mountain biking enthusiasts will find plenty of trails, and the owner, an avid cyclist, will point you in the right direction.

On one level and adjoining the owners' house, the gîte offers:
_A living room with open-plan kitchen opening directly onto the terrace, equipped with gas hob, oven, microwave and traditional coffee maker,
A bedroom with a 140cm bed,
en-suite shower room with Italian shower,
Separate toilet.

Outside:
_A terrace with garden furniture, electric plancha available, or classic barbecue (to be shared with the owner).
A garden shed with sitting area and sun loungers.
Swimming pool (4.50 x 7.80 m. Depth 1.60m) shared with the owners. Available from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. and from June to the end of August.
