Holiday cottage located on the 1st floor of the owners' house, with completely independent access via the outside stairs. It opens onto a living room with a dining area, a sitting room with sofa and TV, and a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen. From the hallway, a shower room is on the right, with a large walk-in shower, double basin and washing machine. Separate WC. The first bedroom has a double bed (140cm) and a baby bed. A second bedroom with a 2-seater sofa-bed. End-of-stay cleaning is optional. Bed linen and towels are not provided. Air-conditioning controlled by the owner. WIFI connection.
