It's here in Arzens, an authentic Aude village less than 10 minutes from Carcassonne, where you'll stay in a gîte located in a peaceful setting yet close to all amenities.

In the village, you'll find a wide range of shops and services just 200m from the house, including a grocery store, restaurant, bakery (right next to the gîte), pharmacy and other convenience stores. You can do it all on foot without taking the car!
You'll be less than half an hour from many of the region's jewels: the medieval town of Carcassonne, the Canal du Midi, the book village of Montolieu, Castelnaudary, the world capital of Cassoulet, Limoux, famous for its blanquette and carnival, and the magnificent landscapes of the Black Mountain, the Lauragais and the Upper Aude Valley. The Holiday cottage is at the center of all the department's amenities.
There's plenty to do in the area, with friends or family: hiking trails, Hiking, cycling, discovering the terroir through the Vineyards, tasting local produce - the region is yours for the taking.


On site, the Holiday cottage has a large fenced-in outdoor area where you can park your vehicles, enjoy outdoor meals or just bask in the sun thanks to its garden furniture. A barbecue is available in fine weather.
On the first floor, the Holiday cottage opens onto a long corridor that leads you through various living areas: a small, relaxing living room with a crib, a dining room with table, chairs, TV and bench. An independent, fully-equipped kitchen. A separate bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC. Upstairs, a bedroom with a double bed (140cm). Three other bedrooms complete the floor, each with a 90cm bed.
Bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning included. Reversible air-conditioning upstairs.
