From the Holiday cottage, numerous signposted footpaths invite you to explore the beauty of the surrounding countryside, on foot or by bike. Nature and heritage enthusiasts will be delighted by the proximity of the Canal du Midi, ideal for boat trips and waterside picnics, as well as Lake Jouarres and its Nautical Base for family water activities. The region is also brimming with historical treasures: the majestic abbeys of Caunes-Minervois, Lagrasse and Fontfroide, as well as the impressive castles of the Pays Cathare, all just a few kilometers away, await your visit.

The duplex Holiday cottage features, on the first floor:
- A living room with TV, pool table and sofa bed (sleeps 2);
- A private patio with garden furniture;
- A bathroom with shower and washing machine;
- A separate toilet;

First floor:
- A bright, fully-equipped kitchen (induction hob, dishwasher, traditional coffee maker and pod coffee maker) with air-conditioning;
