Renovated to perfection, it combines the charm of the past with modern comforts. Exposed stonework, generous volumes and natural light create an authentic, soothing setting, ideal for vacations with family or friends.

Nestled between mountains and vineyards, Couiza is the perfect base from which to discover the treasures of the Cathar region: the mysterious ruins of Rennes-le-Château, the imposing castles of Peyrepertuse and Quéribus, the medieval city of Carcassonne, or the spectacular scenery of the Pic de Bugarach.
Nature and adventure enthusiasts can enjoy hiking and mountain biking, swimming in the Aude river, water sports and wine discoveries in the surrounding vineyards.

_A living room with lounge area, fully-equipped kitchen and dining area opening onto the rear terrace overlooking the wooded park.

_Two suites, each with a 140cm bed, and a shower with vanity unit,

_One bedroom with two convertible 90cm beds and a Kids bed,
A bathroom with vanity unit and bathtub,

Outside, the enclosed terrace overlooks the City park.

Attached to the Holiday cottage is a garage for up to 3 vehicles.
