Would you like to stay in a place with an exceptional view and be close to the beach? Then this gîte is for you! Ideally located in the seaside resort of Port-la-Nouvelle, you'll enjoy views of the lake and the Corbières, as well as the peace and quiet of the surrounding area.

The Beach is only 800m away via a footpath, and there are many great hiking and biking trails in the immediate vicinity. Fishing enthusiasts will find plenty to do between the lakes and the Sea. There are many natural sites to visit in the surrounding area (Parc Naturel Régionale de la Narbonnaise, Ile de Sainte-Lucie, Falaises de Leucate). For lovers of cultural and historical heritage, you're only half an hour from Narbonne and Perpignan, and less than an hour from Carcassonne and its famous medieval city. Shops and restaurants are less than 5 minutes away. The Port-la-Nouvelle Market is also a must for sampling local produce. The Holiday cottage comprises a ground-floor living room opening onto the terrace, with a fully-equipped kitchen, a dining area and a sitting room with TV. A garage (no car but ideal for storing bikes) with access to the laundry room and shower room with shower and WC. On the 1st floor, two bedrooms (1 bed 140 per room) and two other bedrooms (2 beds 80 per room), a shower room with shower and WC. Fans in each room. Private terrace. No private parking, but possibility of parking next to the Holiday cottage. Baby bed and high chair available. WIFI ACCESS. The Holiday cottage is non-smoking.
