Located just a stone's throw from the famous Canal du Midi, in the splendid Minervois region, this property is the result of the owners' passion for Mediterranean olive cultivation.

During your stay here, you’ll discover the unique charm of this land where olives are cherished and transformed into oil of exceptional quality. Prepare to be enchanted by the picturesque view of olive groves stretching as far as the eye can see.

The holiday cottage, located upstairs and adjacent to the owners’ residence as well as the olive oil mill—which operates from November through December—offers all the comforts you need for a memorable stay. You can enjoy a spacious Piscine (12x6, depth 1 to 2.50m), available for use from June 10 to September 15, as well as a charming ground-floor terrace overlooking a lush pine forest, equipped with outdoor furniture and a plancha grill for enjoyable moments in the open air.

The holiday cottage, located upstairs, features:

_Two bedrooms, each with a 160-size bed,
_One bedroom with two 90-size beds,
_A bathroom with a large walk-in shower,
_A separate toilet

For your comfort, Electric heating is available for an additional fee. An electric vehicle charging station is available on-site during the day (22 kW, €15 per charge).
Given the importance of carefully respecting this precious environment and due to the risk of fire during the summer months, smoking is strictly prohibited on the premises. The fragility of the Mediterranean vegetation requires constant vigilance to preserve this unique natural setting; please note that this holiday cottage is strictly non-smoking.
