Nestled in the heart of a working agricultural estate, the Restanque oil mill gîte offers authentic immersion in the olive groves that surround it.

Located just a stone's throw from the famous Canal du Midi, in the splendid Minervois region, this property is the fruit of the owners' passion for Mediterranean olive growing.

When you stay here, you'll discover the unique charm of a land where olives are cherished and transformed into oil of exceptional quality. Expect to be amazed by the picturesque view of olive groves stretching as far as the eye can see.

The Holiday cottage, located upstairs and adjacent to the owners' residence and the oil mill, in operation from November to December, offers every comfort for a memorable stay. A spacious Piscine (12x6, depth 1 to 2.50m) is available from the owners (10/06 to 15/09), as well as a charming ground-floor terrace overlooking a verdant pine forest, equipped with garden furniture and a plancha for convivial outdoor moments.

Upstairs, a bright and welcoming kitchen-living room invites you to share meals with family and friends. Three comfortable bedrooms (including 2 double beds (160cm) and 2 single beds (90cm)), a bathroom with a large walk-in shower, and a separate toilet complete the layout of this warm and welcoming Holiday cottage.

Electric heating is available at extra cost.
In view of the risk of fire during the summer months, smoking is strictly forbidden on the premises. The fragility of the Mediterranean vegetation requires constant vigilance to preserve this unique natural setting, so please note that this Holiday cottage is strictly non-smoking.
