Close to the Holiday cottage, you'll find an ideal Location for discovering the must-see sites of the Aude region. The medieval city of Carcassonne, a UNESCO World Heritage site, is just a few minutes away. Nature-lovers will enjoy strolling along the Canal du Midi and Hiking in the Black Mountain. For leisure activities, the Cavayère Lake offers swimming, water sports and a water park, while the surrounding area offers vineyards, picturesque villages and remarkable natural sites for a holiday full of discoveries (Cabrespine, Caunes-Minervois Abbey...).

The Holiday cottage (adjoining the owners' house) comprises a bright living room with open-plan kitchen (filter coffee maker, espresso on request, microwave, oven, fridge-freezer) and a comfortable sofa bed. A separate bedroom features a 140 x 190 cm bed for restful nights. The separate bathroom, with shower and WC, is functional and well appointed.

Outside, you'll appreciate a large 27 m² private terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, overlooking a vast 800 m² garden, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the fine weather.

You'll also have access to the owners' indoor swimming pool (12X6 and 1.50m deep), open every day from 10am to 12pm and from 2.30pm to 7pm, in an entirely private, intimate and unoverlooked area, offering a real moment of Wellbeing in complete tranquillity.
