Architects by profession, the owners wanted to completely renovate this old building, respecting its original character and integrating all modern comforts.

On the first floor: a large entrance hall, a first bedroom with 2 pull-out 90cm beds that can be converted into 1 180cm bed, a shower room and a separate toilet.
Second floor: a suite with a 180cm bed (convertible into two 90cm beds) and en-suite shower room; 2 bedrooms, each with a 180cm bed (also convertible), en-suite shower room and separate toilet.
Top floor: a comfortable, bright living room opening onto the terrace, a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen, wifi, 4K TV, home Cinema. A shower room with toilet.
The large 20m² roof terrace with garden furniture, barbecue and plancha, where you can enjoy the outdoors without overlooking the village.

As soon as you book, the rooms are prepared to your specifications, beds are made and towels are provided.

7 km from the beaches of the Aude coast, between Narbonne and Perpignan, the Holiday cottage is the starting point for many walks in the Narbonnaise Regional Nature Park. There are many hiking and mountain biking trails nearby. Famous kite surfing spots at Leucate and Le Barcarès. Visit the Pays Cathare sites in the Corbières.
