On site, the Holiday cottage has a large fenced outdoor area with a 500m2 garden planted with trees. A beautiful private heated swimming pool (8x4x1.45m) awaits you for idle moments: a refreshing dip in the sun or a relaxing moment lounging around the pool (all around a security barrier with gate).
Outside, there are 2 private terraces with garden furniture and plancha. Enclosed private parking is available for up to 5 cars. There's also a pétanque court, ping-pong table and pool house with shower and WC.

The location is ideal, with many places to discover less than 30min away: the beaches of the Mediterranean, Hiking in the Massif de la Clape with the Gouffre de l'Oeil-Doux (the only cenote in France with a beautiful palette of colors, it's a fascinating and marvelous geological curiosity), Narbonne la Romaine, the Narbonnaise PNR.

Holiday cottage on 3 levels, the ground floor opens onto a large living room with a relaxing lounge (connected TV, sofa, table soccer, piano, books, board games). A fully-equipped open kitchen. The living room opens onto the outside. Laundry room (washing machine). Separate WC.
On the 1st floor, a 1st bedroom with a 160cm bed and en-suite shower room, a 2nd and 3rd bedroom, each with a 160cm bed and a 90cm bed. Bathroom with bathtub, separate WC. On the 2nd floor, a 4th bedroom with a 160cm bed and en-suite shower room. The last 2 bedrooms each have a 160cm bed and an extra bed. Independent toilet and shower room.

Air conditioning in all rooms and on the first floor.
Cleaning at the end of your stay is compulsory and must be paid to the owner during your stay or online when you make your reservation.
