The accommodation combines simplicity and comfort, in a warm atmosphere designed for family stays. Away from the hustle and bustle, but never far from the essentials, you'll enjoy an authentic setting where every return from the beach or a walk becomes a moment of tranquillity. Located in the heart of the Clape Massif, the village offers an unspoilt natural setting, between limestone hills, vineyards and the nearby Mediterranean. The beaches of Narbonne-Beach can be reached in around ten minutes, while Gruissan and its emblematic chalets on stilts are around 15 minutes away. The City of Narbonne, less than 10 minutes away, reveals its Roman heritage, lively market halls and renowned restaurants. Nature lovers can explore the trails of the regional nature park, cycle between the Sea and ponds, or venture out to the surrounding Vineyards. The house, fully air-conditioned and on one level, is as follows: _Entrance with cupboard leading to a very large, bright living room, with sitting area, dining area, and open-plan kitchen (vitro hob, fridge, Nespresso pod coffee maker, dishwasher, wine cellar), _An independent W.A corridor leading to: _A suite with a 160cm bed and en-suite shower room, _A separate W.C. A laundry room with washing machine and freezer, A suite with a 160cm bed, with its own bathroom with bathtub, and an office area, all with direct access to the terrace, A suite with a 180cm bed, with its own bathroom with Italian shower, A bedroom with a 140cm bed, The living room opens onto the rear of the house, with a raised terrace with garden furniture and table tennis.
In the garden, a first area with lounge and garden furniture, a summer kitchen (barbecue, plancha gas, fridge-top), the private swimming pool area (7.50x3.50 depth from 1 to 1.60m, secured by a barrier) with outdoor shower and toilet.
