Thanks to its ideal location, you'll be able to discover all the jewels of the region within half an hour's drive: the medieval towns of Carcassonne and Fanjeaux, the Unesco World Heritage Canal du Midi (approx. 1 km away), the magnificent natural landscapes of the Mountain Noire and Lauragais, the Abbey of Saint-Papoul and the local gastronomy (cassoulet, wines...). Shops and restaurants are nearby, in Castelnaudary (5 minutes by car). There's also a village grocery store with bread and pastries, as well as fruit and vegetables...
Enclosed parking 50 m from the Holiday cottage. On site, a large private terrace with garden furniture and barbecue to enjoy your meals in fine weather. Private above-ground Piscine in the garden from mid-April to end-September, boulodrome.
The Holiday cottage comprises on the ground floor:
a fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the terrace.

La casa és ideal per dues famílies. És preciosa, espaiosa, molt neta i ben equipada. El jardí i la piscina ben cuidats. Els amfitrions molt amables i atents.
La ubicació també és magnifica, poble molt tranquil amb fleca (de dimarts a dissabte), molt aprop de la zona comercial de Castelnaudary amb supermercats i restaurants. A prop de Carcasona, Tolosa, el Canal du Midi i diverses atraccions turístiques.

Pauline Excellent sejour
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Saint Martin Lalande. Petit village reposant. Point de départ de plein de jolies choses à voir aux alentours.
La maison est juste parfaite, très bien aménagée avec tout le nécessaire et les extérieurs sont sécurisés pour les enfants! La piscine bien appréciable par ces chaleurs et les propriétaires très arrangeants.

Très bon accueil des propriétaires qui sont d'une grande gentillesse,gîte très bien équipé (piscine ,boulodrome,pergola avec salon de jardin .ventilateur dans toutes les chambres(appréciés car canicule).literie impeccable
Jardin arboré et fleuri.village agréable avec un accueil chaleureux par les habitants.
Proximité de Carcassonne et Toulouse .
Belle région.
