Maison Rosy welcomes you to the heart of the City of Carcassonne. You'll be ideally located for visiting the must-see sites of the medieval City, where you can do it all on foot!

The Canal du Midi is just 5 minutes from the Holiday cottage, where you can enjoy a wide range of activities including fishing and walking. Its location in the City, just a stone's throw from the historic center of La Bastide, means that all amenities are within 1km (restaurants, shops, museums, swimming pool, train station, theater and cinema). From Maison Rosy, it's a twenty-minute walk to the medieval town of La Bastide, including the historic bastide of St-Louis, the magnificent banks of the Aude and the 14th-century Pont-Vieux. On site, the Holiday cottage has two private terraces: one at the front with garden furniture to make the most of the outdoors, and one at the back with garden furniture and barbecue to liven up your meals in fine weather. For parking, there's a secure garage with a private space, and you can park your second car in front of the Holiday cottage or in the street. The comfortable, air-conditioned house comprises an entrance hall on the ground floor, a large living room with a spacious sitting area featuring sofas, a very large connected TV and a pellet stove, and a large dining table adapted to the total capacity of the Holiday cottage. A large, fully-equipped, built-in kitchen with American fridge. Upstairs, a first bedroom with a king-size bed (180cm), TV and en-suite shower room (shower, washbasin, WC). A second bedroom with a queen-size bed (160cm), also with TV. An independent bathroom with a beautiful whirlpool bathtub, double basin and integrated toilet. Maximum electricity consumption: 2kwh/day/person. Any excess will be billed by the owner on departure. Cleaning fee: 95 € payable to the owner on arrival.
