Ideally located at the foot of the Cité de Carcassonne, our guest house invites you to discover the exceptional heritage of Carcassonne, just a few minutes away on foot. You'll be within easy reach of the medieval Cité, the Canal du Midi, the Bastide Saint-Louis, the banks of the River Aude, as well as numerous restaurants showcasing local gastronomy.

Throughout the year, Carcassonne vibrates to the rhythm of numerous cultural and festive events: the Cité music festival, the July 14th fireworks display, the féria and the activities on offer at Lake de la Cavayère, a must-see for young and old alike.

During your stay, you'll enjoy the outdoor areas, with the heated swimming pool (10 x 4 m - depth 1.20 m), open during the summer season, ideal for cooling off and relaxing (mid-June to mid-September). Deckchairs are at your disposal to soak up the sun and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

Your host Anthony will welcome you personally and will be happy to advise you on how to make your stay in Carcassonne as pleasant and authentic as possible, guiding you to the region's must-sees.

The house offers two elegant, air-conditioned bed and breakfast rooms:
- a double room,
- a spacious suite.

Each room has a private bathroom with shower, Wi-Fi, TV, mini-bar and kettle (for the suite).
The Côté Vigne and Suite Tropicale rooms offer a refined, relaxing atmosphere.
