Its location will also enable you to enjoy days or evenings by the Sea.

On site, take advantage of the large enclosed terrace with garden furniture and lounge area, partially shaded, ideal for convivial moments in complete privacy. Relax in the Spa, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Inside, indulge in the whirlpool bath in the modern, elegant bathroom.



On the first floor:

- A large air-conditioned living room with a sitting area with sofa, connected TV and pellet stove (provided), a dining table and a fully equipped open kitchen (microwave, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, espresso maker).

- There's also a laundry room with washing machine and storage space for bikes.

First floor:

- Bedroom 1: 160x200cm bed, dressing room.

- Bedroom 2: bed 140x190cm, dressing room.

- Bedroom 3: a 140x190cm bed, a bookcase with books and games and a study area.

- Bathroom: whirlpool bath, walk-in shower and double basin.

- Separate WC.

Private, secure parking inside the property for one or two cars (city cars).

Spa available all year round (on request between October and April).
