On the ground floor, enjoy a beautiful living area featuring a dining room, a living room with a smart TV, and a separate, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, and both filter and pod coffee makers).

On the first floor, you’ll find two air-conditioned bedrooms: one with two single beds (90 × 190 cm) and the other with one double bed (140 × 190 cm), as well as a bathroom with a bathtub, a separate toilet with a washing machine, and a small terrace.

The second floor has three bedrooms: one with three single beds (90 × 190 cm) and a portable air conditioner, one with two single beds (90 × 190 cm) and air conditioning, and an air-conditioned suite with one double bed (140 × 190 cm), a private bathroom, and a toilet. A second separate bathroom (shower, toilet) completes this floor.

A large furnished terrace lets you fully enjoy sunny days, while a second, more intimate terrace on the first floor is ideal for savoring a moment of tranquility. A public parking lot is available on the street and in the surrounding area.

You can visit the famous village of Rennes-le-Château and unravel the mystery surrounding it, relax in Rennes-les-Bains, admire the spectacular Galamus Gorges, or set out to explore the majestic Cathar castles of Peyrepertuse, Quéribus, Puilaurens, and Arques. History buffs will also enjoy a trip to the famous medieval city of Carcassonne, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
