Located just 5 minutes from the center of the charming village of Aragon, in a small, peaceful estate where the only sound you'll hear is birdsong, Maison Grambaud will seduce you with its beautiful heated swimming pool (9 m x 3 m), secured by a roller shutter, and its large terrace, in an idyllic setting: lie back on the deckchairs and enjoy these moments of relaxation! From the gîte, you can explore the famous capitelles on foot or mountain bike.

The gîte adjoins the owners' house, which comprises : On the ground floor: a dining room with a fully-equipped kitchen, a large living room, a separate toilet (suitable for disabled people) and a master bedroom with a 160cm bed and a bathroom with a walk-in shower, opening directly onto the terrace. Upstairs: a bedroom with three 90x200 beds and a second bedroom with a 180 bed, a separate shower room with Italian shower, a separate toilet and a sleeping area with a bunk bed for 2 children only. Heated swimming pool from June to end September, SPA on terrace, electric barbecue, baby equipment. Private parking on the property.

Tourist attractions: the medieval city of Carcassonne and the Canal du Midi (30 min), the Cathar castles of Lastours, the village of Montolieu and the Limousis caves.
