Located 5 minutes from the center of the charming village of Aragon, in a small, peaceful estate where all you can hear are birdsong and cicadas!

La Maison Grambaud boasts a beautiful swimming pool (9 m x 3 m), heated from June to September and secured by a roller shutter, as well as a large terrace in an idyllic setting: stretch out on the deckchairs and enjoy a moment of relaxation! Hiking and mountain-biking trails from the Holiday cottage take you to the famous capitelles.

The Holiday cottage (adjoining the owner's house) comprises:

On the garden level, a dining room with a fully-equipped kitchen, a large living room.
A separate toilet (adapted for disabled guests).
A master bedroom with direct access to the terrace, with a 160cm bed and a bathroom with walk-in shower.

First floor:
A bedroom with a 180cm bed.
Cabin bedroom with 90cm bed.
A bedroom with a 180cm bed and a 2-seater bunk bed for Kids.
Separate bathroom with walk-in shower.
Separate WC.

Piscine heated from June to the end of September, Spa on the terrace, electric plancha, baby equipment. Private parking on the property.
Breakfast is available as an option, booked 48 hours in advance, 12 euros per person.
Housekeeping during your stay, including change of sheets and towels, 100 euros, 48 hours' notice.

Tourist attractions: the medieval city of Carcassonne and the Canal du Midi (30 min), the Cathar castles of Lastours, the village of Montolieu and the Limousis caves.
