Welcome to the Maison de la Colline, this magnificent gîte will allow you to enjoy a peaceful stay while being ideally located only 10 minutes from Narbonne and 30 minutes from the beautiful beaches of the Aude.

Treat yourself to moments of pure relaxation on site, thanks to several private leisure facilities throughout your stay: the swimming pool (8x3m), a relaxation area with a Norwegian sauna and a Spa. The Holiday cottage has a large outdoor area with terrace, garden furniture and barbecue. The Holiday cottage's location also makes it easy to enjoy local walks in the immediate vicinity. On-demand services are available during your vacation (yoga sessions, massages, cooking, painting and art workshops). Private parking is also available in front of the Holiday cottage. On site, you'll also find a store selling local produce and bulk products, for breakfast, aperitifs and simple meals, as well as the possibility of renting electric bikes.

The Holiday cottage has 4 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom with shower and washbasin, as well as an office area.
The first bedroom has a 180cm bed with shower, washbasin and WC.
The other two bedrooms have two 90cm beds with shower and washbasin.
The last bedroom is adapted for PRMs, with a 180cm bed and a shower room with shower, washbasin and WC.
