Welcome to the Hameau de Saint Aunay, where you can enjoy the peace and quiet of the surrounding countryside! It's here in Puichéric, in the heart of the Aude department, that you'll be staying in the authentic environment of the Minervois region.

A few kilometers away in the village, you'll discover the church of Saint-Etienne and the Puichéric bell tower, as well as the Château de Puichéric, witnesses to the region's medieval history.

From the Domaine, you can follow the Canal du Midi, a UNESCO World Heritage site, by barge, bike or on foot, stopping at the locks to observe typical river life. Just a few kilometers away, the archaeological site of Minerve, listed as one of France's most beautiful villages, offers an insight into the history of the Cathars and a breathtaking view from its gorges.

For wine lovers, the owners and producers of the famous Minervois vineyards offer tastings of local wines and share their passion for vine-growing.

The region is also ideal for hiking, notably to the Cathar castles of Lastours and the UNESCO-listed city of Carcassonne. Last but not least, the abbey of Caunes-Minervois and the waterfalls of Cubserviès enrich this touristic itinerary of nature and culture, offering visitors a complete discovery of Occitanie.

On the estate, you'll share the outdoor areas with another gîte, as well as the children's playground. Finally, from June to the end of September, an above-ground swimming pool will be available to both gîtes.

The gîte comprises on the ground floor:

-a living room with fully-equipped kitchen.

-In front of the door, a parking space and garden furniture for long summer evenings.

-laundry room with washing machine and dryer.

-shower room with Italian shower.

First floor:

-a bedroom with 1 x 160cm bed.

-one bedroom with 1 x 160 cm bed.

-one bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm).

-separate WC.
