Lovely gîte with high views over the Orbieu valley

Ideally located in the heart of the Pays Cathare, in a haven of peace and quiet, in a small village of just twenty inhabitants. The medieval village of Lagrasse is approx. 10 km away, the Château de Termes and its belvederes 10 km, Carcassonne 1 hour and the citadel of Peyrepertuse. Numerous cultural sites are within easy reach, as are many Hiking trails in the Parc Naturel Régional des Corbières. Swimming is available at a number of locations, including the River Orbieu, just 500 meters away. Other sites include Ribaute, 15km away.

Access to the Holiday cottage from the private parking lot is via a staircase leading up to the front of the stone house with its terrace. The Holiday cottage has 3 levels. Ground floor: living room with fireplace (wood supplied) and kitchenette. A bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine. 1st floor: relaxation area with TV and library. Then a bedroom with a 140cm bed and a 90cm bed. On the 2nd floor: a bathroom with toilet, a 140cm bed and 2 90cm beds. At parking level, a lovely outdoor area with games (swing and ping-pong table) and barbecue.
