This beautiful, characterful detached house, surrounded by expansive green spaces, is ideal for a vacation with family or friends, nestled between the countryside, the Sea, and historic sites.

From the holiday cottage, set out to explore Narbonne—a City of Art and History—its historic center, its iconic market halls, and the Cathedral of Saints Just and Pasteur. Nature lovers will appreciate the proximity to the Canal du Midi, the ponds of the Narbonnaise en Méditerranée Regional Nature Park, and the many hiking and biking trails. The beaches of Narbonne-Plage, Gruissan, and Saint-Pierre-la-Mer are just a few minutes away, perfect for enjoying the coastal lifestyle. Set on an estate that includes two other holiday cottages as well as the owners’ residence, L’Oustalet offers:

The rest of the property, shared with two other holiday cottages and the owners, offers peace and quiet, green spaces with tall trees, a shared swimming pool (12x6m, depth 1 to 1.60m deep, heated from April to October, compliant with ARS standards, and secured by a gate), and its lake, which is also available for Fishing or Swimming.

Each holiday cottage has its own private areas to ensure peace and privacy.
