This beautiful detached character house, surrounded by vast green spaces, is ideal for vacations with family or friends, between land, sea and heritage. From the Holiday cottage, discover Narbonne, City of Art and History, its historic center, its emblematic Halles and its Saint-Just-et-Saint-Pasteur cathedral. Nature lovers will appreciate the proximity of the Canal du Midi, the ponds of the Narbonnaise en Méditerranée Regional Nature Park and the many hiking and biking trails. The beaches of Narbonne-Beach, Gruissan and Saint-Pierre-la Sea are just a few minutes away, allowing you to enjoy the pleasures of the coastline. Between vineyards, local markets, water sports and cultural discoveries, there's no shortage of activities in this region rich in landscapes and traditions. The rest of the grounds, to be shared with two other Holiday cottages and the owners, offers peace and quiet under large trees, and a shared swimming pool (12x6m, depth 1 to 1.60m, heated from April to October, to ARS standards, secured by a barrier). A lake is also available for Fishing or Swimming. Each accommodation has its own private space to ensure peace and privacy. Covered parking spaces in a shed 20m from the Holiday cottage.
