Welcome to this charming holiday cottage located in a traditional village at the gateway to the Corbières region, ideally situated between Narbonne and Carcassonne. It’s the perfect starting point for exploring the wonders of Cathar Country: hilltop castles, abbeys, renowned Vineyards, and sun-drenched garrigue landscapes.
Just a short walk away, you’ll discover a village with a well-preserved heritage, crisscrossed by peaceful alleyways and marked by a beautiful sense of authenticity. Don’t miss the old wash house, the town hall with its historic charm, or “the little castle,” a bourgeois mansion with Rococo facades. The village’s contemporary art museum, SPIKTRI, is also worth a visit for culture lovers. On-site, you’ll also find a few local shops, and for those craving the Sea and sand, the beaches are just a 30-minute drive away.
The fully air-conditioned holiday cottage is located on a quiet side street, away from the hustle and bustle, and offers all the comforts you need for a peaceful stay. It features:
_On the ground floor, a garage (4.50 m deep) with a laundry area (washer and dryer).
_On the first floor, two bedrooms (one 160 cm bed and two 90 cm beds),
_a bathroom,
_a separate toilet,
_On the second floor, a bright living room with an open kitchen (oven, induction cooktop, dishwasher, traditional coffee maker) opening onto a pleasant panoramic terrace (with garden furniture and a gas griddle). A separate toilet.
Bath linens and housekeeping are available as optional extras.
But what will make your stay truly unique is the warm welcome. The owners, who are passionate about their region, take great pleasure in hosting and chatting with their guests. Upon your arrival, a welcome basket will be waiting for you, filled with local products, homemade jams, and vegetables from their garden. Their extreme kindness and love of sharing make this a holiday cottage where you’ll feel right at home from the moment you arrive.

Nous aimons accueillir nos hôtes dans notre gîte, niché au cœur du village, dans une petite rue calme et paisible. À votre arrivée, nous préparons un panier garni de produits du terroir – avec, bien sûr, une bouteille de vin des Corbières ! – ainsi que nos confitures maison et quelques légumes fraîchement cueillis dans notre jardin.
C'est toujours un plaisir pour nous de faire découvrir notre village et de partager les richesses de notre beau territoire des Corbières.

Kenavo Accueil, repos, logement, tourisme...séjour au top
Si vous cherchez un gîte situé au cœur d’un village typique avec un accueil très agréable, vous êtes au bon endroit chez Jean-Marie et Madeleine à Ferrals les Corbières. Vous serez surpris par la propreté et l’équipement de cet endroit. Il ne manque rien et les lits sont d’un grand confort. L’environnement est calme et très vite on s’y sent bien. La situation de ce village permet de sillonner tant dans le massif de Corbières qu’à Carcassonne ou Narbonne. La méditerranée est aussi à quelques kilomètres. Nous avions choisi d’aller à Ferrals pour visiter le Musée & Galerie Spiktri Street Art Universel, ce fut un moment inoubliable.

Antonio Magnifique logement
Le logement est somptueux et la vue depuis la terrasse est véritablement splendide. C’est l'endroit idéal pour prendre son petit déjeuner le matin et travailler sur son ordinateur au son mélodieux des oiseaux.
Le bien est complet et très très bien équipé (lave linge, fer a repassé, une cuisine complète, ...)
Un avantage supplémentaire est la disponibilité d'un garage fermé, ce qui est très pratique étant donné que les rues sont étroites et offrent peu d’espace pour stationner une voiture.
Franchement, c'est une véritable pépite qui mérite d’être découverte, avec des propriétaires très accueillants et extrêmement aimables.- Cleanliness

Excellent séjour, nous avons bénéficié d'un très bon accueil par le propriétaire, vraiment très sympathique.
