Nearby, you can visit the Gruissan salt marshes and enjoy the fine sandy beaches of the Mediterranean. For Hiking enthusiasts, the Clape massif is 4 km away. Numerous shops and restaurants nearby. The Beach is 200m away on foot. You'll be able to enjoy Sport sensations such as jetskiing, buoyancy, windsurfing and many other water sports. You can also relax and unwind at the resort's own balneoludic center.

    Location decevante

    Points negatifs du logement :
    Acces : escalier tres raide
    Volets roulant cuisine - salon : se bloquent.
    Eclairage: ampoules manquantes dans plusieurs pieces.
    Pas de table de chevet ni d'etageres dans 2 chambres.
    Equipement: manque une etagere dans frigo, cafetiere senseo(merci pour le jus de chaussette),porte de douche hors service remplace par un rideau de douche que les proprietaires ne souhaitent pas remplacer.Appareils menagers : cocotte minute + robot(hors service) Planchat sale. Aspirateur(hors service).Prix de la location excessive au vu de notre description faite ci - dessus ainsi que le prix du menage exorbitant (90 euros) au lieu de 60 euros dans les autes location
    Literie: bonne. Chalet bien situe et sejour reposant.

    Avis Gruissan chalet

    Bon séjour mais escalier très raide, climatisation ancienne qui n est pas très performante, accès aux WC difficile si on est corpulant et paroi de douche manquante pour une partie et remplacée par un rideau de douche qui colle à la peau.

    Vacances Pâques 2025

    Accueil chaleureux, propriétaire joignable facilement, gîte bien équipé.
    Gite à proximité de la plage; agréable de manger au soleil dehors sur le balcon quand chez soi il pleut... Calme absolu en cette période de l'année. Et pour ceux qui veulent plus de monde, Gruissan est très vivant.

    Literie confortable et canapé accueillant.En revanche les chaises sont inconfortables et ravaudées avec du fil
