At the foot of the Alaric, Les Lits du 20 welcomes you to a charming village in the Corbières region, halfway between Carcassonne and Narbonne, for a vacation full of memories. The holiday cottage takes its name from the red grape variety, which lends it an understated and elegant feel.

You’ll be able to discover many of the region’s treasures nearby: the Canal du Midi, the medieval city of Carcassonne, Roman-era Narbonne, the Cathar castles, the beautiful Mediterranean beaches, or even lovely walks around the village—whether on foot or by bike—amidst magnificent landscapes and nature. Staying in the region also means discovering its rich local culture: wine and cuisine that will delight your taste buds.

The village of Fontcouverte has a café on a small, traditional square, offering drinks, bread, newspapers, and everyday essentials. A pétanque court is also available. The village of Ferrals-les-Corbières, located less than 5 minutes from the holiday cottage, is home to numerous shops: a grocery store, restaurants, a bakery and pastry shop, and more.

On-site, the holiday cottage features a private parking space (with access to a locked garage for a bicycle or motorcycle upon request). It features a private, unobstructed “Tropézienne” terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue, so you can fully enjoy moments of relaxation and togetherness during your stay. Whether you prefer the southern sun or the shade, the choice is yours.

The air-conditioned holiday cottage is located on the first floor of the building; it is adjacent to the second holiday cottage for two people, yet retains an intimate atmosphere. It opens onto a large living area with a beautiful, fully equipped open kitchen, a sitting area with a sofa bed (for 2 additional guests upon request) featuring a TV, a dining table, and direct access to the terrace. A separate bedroom with a 160x200cm bed and a radiator with a fireplace effect for cozy moments, also with direct access to the terrace. A separate bathroom with a shower and sink. A laundry closet with a washing machine. Separate toilet.
