Welcome to "L'Horte du Pont Rouge", a charming Holiday cottage in a peaceful village surrounded by market gardens. This family home, ideal for a relaxing vacation, offers all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay. By staying at "L'Horte du Pont Rouge", you combine the charm of a tranquil location with the cultural and natural wealth of the Occitan region, making your stay a memorable experience.

Inside, on the first floor: an entrance hall; a comfortable living room for relaxing with family or friends; a fully-equipped kitchen-dining room with everything you need to prepare and enjoy your meals; a bathroom with bath and washbasin; and a separate toilet.

Upstairs: a study area; and three large bedrooms, each with a 140 cm double bed and built-in closets for storage.

Outside, at the front: a spacious courtyard for safe parking and a small covered bike shed.
And to the rear: a terrace with table and barbecue, the perfect place for al fresco dining, surrounded by a small enclosed garden for total peace and quiet.

Pets are welcome, but please note that other animals also reside on site.
What's more, for total disconnection and complete immersion in nature, the Holiday cottage has no WiFi.

Despite its apparent isolation, the gîte is ideally located just 2 km from a sales agent area with gallery, Cinema and restaurants, offering an excellent compromise between tranquility and convenience. What's more, the Canal du Midi is just down the road, offering magnificent Hiking trails and a cycle path for nature and outdoor enthusiasts.

The region offers many attractions to explore in the surrounding area, with the medieval city of Carcassonne a must-see, with its impressive ramparts and rich historical heritage. You can also visit the Cathar castles, testimony to the region's medieval history, or sample the local wines in the surrounding Vineyards.

For outdoor enthusiasts, the Canal du Midi offers a wide range of activities including hiking, cycling and even boat cruises. The mountains of the Mountain Noire and the beaches of the Mediterranean are also accessible for day trips.
