Nearby, you'll find many places not to be missed: Fontfroide Abbey, Narbonne la Romaine and its remarkable heritage, the Narbonnaise Regional Nature Park with its ponds and atypical villages, the beautiful beaches of the Mediterranean, the medieval city of Carcassonne and the Cathar castles. Many Hiking trails are in the immediate vicinity of the house, where you can discover breathtaking landscapes. Cycling enthusiasts will also be delighted.

The Holiday cottage has a large outdoor area with a beautiful private saltwater swimming pool (7x3m), ideal for cooling off and splashing about after a day's sightseeing. Around it, you can bask in the sun on the deckchairs. There's also a private, covered terrace with garden furniture and a plancha, so you can make the most of moments of conviviality. Private parking on the property.

The air-conditioned Holiday cottage opens on the first floor into an entrance hall with a lounge equipped with sofas and armchairs. A games area with table soccer, pool table, ping pong table and a variety of toys for all ages. A relaxation room with library, wood-burning stove, TV, pool table, gaming room, sofas.

A first bedroom with a 160x200cm bed, a second bedroom with a 160x200cm bed and a Baby bed, and a third bedroom with two 90x190cm beds. Separate bathroom (bath and washbasin). Separate WC.

Just before the second floor, a laundry area with washing machine.

Upstairs, two bedrooms, each with a 160x200cm bed. A sixth "dormitory" bedroom with 3 x 90cm beds + 90cm bunk beds. Separate bathroom (bath, shower, washbasin). Separate shower room (shower, washbasin). Separate WC. Large living room with bar area, open kitchen.
