The Holiday cottage is 2km from the village of Saint-André de Roquelongue, where you'll find all the shops you need: bakery, mini-market, pharmacy, restaurant, post office...

Near the village, there are several must-see attractions: Fontfroide Abbey, Narbonne la Romaine and its remarkable heritage, the Narbonnaise Regional Nature Park with its ponds and unique villages, the beautiful Mediterranean beaches, the medieval city of Carcassonne, and the Cathar castles. Numerous hiking trails are right near the house, where you can discover breathtaking scenery. Cycling enthusiasts will also be delighted.

The holiday cottage features a large outdoor area with a beautiful private saltwater Piscine (7x3m), perfect for cooling off and splashing around after a day of sightseeing. All around, you can relax in the sun on the lounge chairs. A private, covered terrace is also at your disposal, complete with patio furniture and a griddle, so you can fully enjoy moments of togetherness. Private parking is available on the property.

This air-conditioned holiday cottage opens onto the ground floor with an entryway leading to a relaxing living room equipped with sofas and armchairs. A game room features foosball, a pool table, a ping-pong table, and various toys for everyone. A lounge area with a library, wood-burning stove, television, pool table, game table, and sofas.

A first bedroom with a 160x200cm bed, a second bedroom with a 160x200cm bed and an extra bed for babies, and a third bedroom with two 90x190cm beds. A separate bathroom (bathtub and sink). A separate toilet.
