Welcome to this spacious Holiday cottage in Carcassonne, just a few minutes' walk from the Canal du Midi, the SNCF train station and the historic bastide town of Saint-Louis.

Outside, the Holiday cottage has fenced-in grounds, perfect for the safety of kids and pets. You'll also find secure private parking on site, a garden with games for Kids and garden furniture for al fresco dining. The Holiday cottage is semi-detached from a small house, but offers total privacy thanks to its independent access and good layout. A garage is available for storing your bicycles.

The location is ideal:
- 10 minutes' walk from the City, shops, bars and restaurants, and from the Canal du Midi, for bike or barge trips.
- 30 minutes from the Cité Médiévale, the jewel in the crown of Cathar country.
- just a few kilometers from Lake de la Cavayère, ideal for swimming and water sports.

Carcassonne and the surrounding area abound with activities: wine tastings in the Minervois and Cabardès wineries, Hiking in the Mountain Noire, or escapades to the Cathar castles. In summer, enjoy festivals, local markets, fireworks and the typical atmosphere of the South of France.


The Holiday cottage is accessed from the independent entrance hall on the first floor, which then leads to the first floor where all the rooms of the Holiday cottage are located.
A large living room with dining table, sofas and TV. Fully equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave, oven, dishwasher, filter coffee maker). Separate toilet. Separate bathroom with Spa bathtub and double basin. A first bedroom with a 160x200cm bed. A second bedroom with a desk and two 90x190cm beds. And a third bedroom with a 140x190cm bed.

Pets are not allowed except for small animals, and on prior request to the owner.
