Situated close to the Canal du Midi, Caunes-Minervois Abbey and just 12 km from Lake Jouarres, this Holiday cottage welcomes you in a calm, green setting, ideal for a stay with family or friends. A number of local footpaths will enable you to discover the wealth of local flora and fauna.

The Holiday cottage is part of a farmhouse occupied by the owners, who are on hand to offer a warm welcome. The accommodation is simple and comfortable, ideal for families or groups of friends in search of conviviality and authenticity, a charming place to live in the Countryside, open to outdoor life and enlivened by the surrounding nature.

The Holiday cottage comprises:
_An entrance into an open-plan living room and kitchen,
A small living room with TV,
A bathroom with shower (one small step),
A separate toilet,
First floor:
_A bedroom with a 140cm bed and a 90cm bed,
A bedroom with a 160cm bed and a 90cm bed,

Outside, a meadow with a swing for the Kids, a classic barbecue with garden furniture, an above-ground swimming pool (10x5m), open in July and August and shared with a second Holiday cottage.
