From the private terrace, equipped with garden furniture, marvel at the spectacular 180° panorama of the Mediterranean Sea, the Etang de Leucate, the Corbières massif and, on sunny days, the majestic Canigou on the horizon. Accessed via a grand staircase, the Holiday cottage is perched at the very top of the property. This commanding position may not suit everyone, but it guarantees absolute peace and quiet, rare privacy and a simply exceptional view that amply rewards the effort. The house is completely independent and reserved for your exclusive use. Two other units are located further down the property, not directly opposite the Holiday cottage. Thanks to its location at the top of the property, you benefit from an intimate, unspoilt space, ideal for relaxing in peace and quiet. The Holiday cottage has an air-conditioned living room with open-plan fitted kitchen and convivial sitting area. The separate shower room includes a shower and WC. Upstairs, two air-conditioned bedrooms welcome you for comfortable nights: one with two single beds and one with a double bed. Just a few minutes away, discover the magnificent sandy beaches of Leucate, renowned for their wild beauty and crystal-clear waters. Water sports enthusiasts will love Leucate's world-famous kitesurfing, windsurfing and wingfoil spots.
