Les Terrasses

From the rooftops of Leucate you can enjoy panoramic sea views from Les Terrasses, a sublime contemporary villa with Mediterranean accents.

On site, you can enjoy a private terrace equipped with garden furniture. A barbecue is at your disposal, so you can fill up on grilled meats during your vacation. You'll also have access to the whole of the outdoor area behind the house, where you can climb the staircases typical of this Holiday cottage to see the Sea and the Alberes mountains just behind, and where chairs are provided for relaxing under the trees while listening to the song of the cicadas.


The Holiday cottage is ideally located, just 400m from the beach, shops and restaurants. The famous Falaise de Leucate and its lighthouse offer a breathtaking Hiking experience, and from Les Terrasses you can walk about 1km to reach it, continuing on to La Franqui. Leucate offers a wide range of cultural and leisure activities, including oyster and local wine tasting, toe-in-the-water beach clubs, water sports and Aqualand. Leucate is less than an hour's drive from many of France's most historic sites, including the Cité de Carcassonne, Collioure and Narbonne la Romaine.



Holiday cottage located on the first floor and adjoining the second gîte with independent access and air-conditioning, comprising a large living room with a sitting area (sofa bed for 2 extra people and TV), a fully-equipped fitted kitchen with dining area leading directly onto the gîte's terrace. One bedroom with a double bed (140cm), and a second bedroom with two twin beds (80cm) that can be joined together. A separate bathroom with walk-in shower and washbasin. Separate WC and washing machine. Baby Equipment available on request. Bed linen and towels included. End-of-stay cleaning is optional. Non-private parking is available in front of the Holiday cottage, with a public parking lot nearby.
