Holiday cottage located in a small hamlet in the commune of Montséret, between the medieval city of Carcassonne (40 km) and Narbonne (Cathédrale St Just, Musée de la romanité, 25 km).

Close to the village of Lagrasse and Fontfroide Abbey, starting point for visits to the castles of the Cathar region. The Sea is 30 km away, and the Sigean African reserve is 25 minutes away. Nearby, you can taste the wines of the Corbières Cru. From the Holiday cottage, there are many footpaths through the Fontfroide massif to the ponds (on foot or by bike), where you can discover the garrigue and superb views. In the Hameau, around 500m away, you can visit the clause honey factory.

The air-conditioned Holiday cottage is set in 2,200 m² of fully enclosed, private grounds, where you can find the space that suits you best: a shady spot under the trees, a sunny spot by the Piscine or a relaxing spot on the large terrace with pergola, garden furniture and plancha. Private swimming pool (6 x 3.50 m, 1.40 m deep, unheated).

Entirely on one level, the Holiday cottage is built around a patio and comprises:
_ A large, fully-equipped living room/kitchen opening onto the terrace,
_ A bedroom with 1 x 160cm bed and dressing room,
_ A bedroom with 2 single beds (90cm),
_ A bathroom with toilet and walk-in shower,
_ A separate toilet,
_ A storeroom with freezer.

Vehicle parking on the property and possibility of sheltering a car on a porch.
