You'll enjoy comfortable accommodation just a stone's throw from sandy beaches ideal for swimming and water sports. The region's contrasting landscapes are a delight: turquoise Sea, ponds populated by pink flamingos and wild Corbières. Nearby, the Narbonnaise nature park invites you to go Hiking and discover unspoilt nature.
Heritage lovers will appreciate the medieval city of Carcassonne and the Cathar castles perched on their crests. Leucate Village, authentic and picturesque, offers a colorful Market and charming little streets. For gourmets, oysters and seafood are served at the tables of the oyster farmers on the pond. Sports enthusiasts can enjoy sailing, kitesurfing, cycling and walks along the Sea.
Just a few kilometers away, Perpignan reveals its rich Catalan heritage and lively cultural life. Collioure, the jewel of the Côte Vermeille, seduces with its colors and artistic atmosphere. The residence is 100m from the sandy Beach, with pedestrian access from the accommodation.
Located on the second and top floor, you'll enjoy a lovely terrace with garden furniture, ideal for summer evenings.

Le positif : Environnement agréable proximité de la mer, des commerces et des chemins de randonnée . Équipement électroménager - TV - Cabine de douche ---> OK -
Le négatif : Hélas gite pas du tout prévu pour la saison hivernale (pas de vraies couvertures mais des plaids , le radiateur mobile est efficace mais pas suffisant) .
Les lits sont très inconfortables (pas de sommier , des tubes métalliques à la place et des matelas trop minces , pas du tout prévu pour des personnes adultes)
Manque quelques éléments de vaisselle , cuillère et spatule en bois , couteau à huitres, égouttoir. L'accès à la mezzanine est assez sportif.- Cleanliness

Bonjour, Je suis désolée pour les désagréments rencontrés lors de votre séjour.
Je tiens à préciser que c'était la première fois que ce gîte était loué en hiver. Malheureusement, cette période a coïncidé avec un épisode de grand froid exceptionnel, ce qui a pu rendre votre expérience moins confortable que prévu.
Concernant la literie, nous n'avions jusqu'à présent reçu aucun retour négatif. Je vais procéder sans délai au renouvellement des matelas pour garantir un confort optimal aux futurs locataires.
S'agissant des ustensiles de cuisine, je vais compléter l'équipement et je vous avoue que je ne n'avais pensé au couteau à huitres.
Quant à l'accès à la mezzanine, les logements de la résidence ont été conçus de cette manière et ne sont pas modifiables. Mais, je vais mentionner la raideur de l'escalier menant à la mezzanine dans l'annonce.
Votre avis permettra d'améliorer le séjour des futurs locataires en apportant plus de confort matériel, le bien-être des vacanciers étant une priorité.
