The Holiday cottage has it all: right on the Sea, right next to the shops, yet in the quiet shade of the cliff, as if time stood still for a moment...

This charming Mediterranean-style house boasts a large terrace with garden furniture, where you can enjoy moments of relaxation in total privacy, always with a magnificent view of the Sea. A barbecue is at your disposal to enjoy your meals in fine weather.

And if you fancy a refreshing dip in the water, there's a large natural pool area on site: the Sea is just across the road, making for a unique and unforgettable vacation! Private, secure parking inside the property: two cars to share with the second Holiday cottage. Other vehicles can be parked along the street.


The house is fully air-conditioned. Pets allowed (dogs only). Many of the region's treasures can be discovered nearby: Hiking trails with breathtaking scenery, tasting of local products such as wine and oysters, as well as year-round activities in Leucate. The Sigean African reserve and the Narbonnaise Regional Nature Park are less than 20 minutes away.


Semi-detached house with air-conditioning, comprising on the first floor: a large living room with fully-equipped fitted kitchen and dining table, a sitting area with sofas and TV, opening onto a large terrace. Separate shower room (shower, washbasin), laundry area with washing machine. A first bedroom with a 140cm bed and access to the large terrace. Separate WC. A second bedroom adapted for Kids, with two single Bunk beds (4 beds in all, each with a 90cm bed) and access to the terrace. A final bedroom, the master suite, with a 140cm bed opening onto the terrace, and a private en-suite shower room (shower, washbasin, WC).
