This single-storey Semi-detached house is designed for comfort and convenience. The living area comprises a lounge with TV area, a dining room and a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen: oven, microwave, induction hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, kettle and filter coffee maker. The bathroom and shower room are both on the first floor, as is the separate toilet.

Private indoor parking is available on the property.
